My impressions on Rokko event.

Dear soratomo friends,
I have been in Japan for three months (in total) now. I was always restricted to indoors and city areas. It was a very great opportunity for me to join your group for yesterdays Rokko mountain event. This was my first serious tracking event. I have to admit that it was quite difficult for me to finish the initial course to the top of Rokko mountain. Although this was very difficult for me I enjoyed my surroundings and the company of my tracking friends. You can add the Norwagian Lady to the list of interesting things in this event (she was to the top and back halfway in less than one hour !!!), I apreciated her strength very much. Another interesting thing was Yamada-san, she was also so energetic that it surprised me (talking, checking mushrooms, flowers and never showing any tiredness how tough the track might have become).
I also want to express my gratitude to all of you for being so friendly and supportive to me. Actually (although being very tired in my legs right now) I look forward for our next group event. I now have many friends in Japan thanks to this event. The rest of the evening, spa and the dinner was also very good fun. I can basicly say that this was my best day in Japan. I would like to thank all my soratomo friends, and hope to see all of you very soon.
